OiiKii is a next-generation service-booking platform built to bridge the gap between customers and skilled workers. Designed for blue-collar services-from plumbing to cleaning to handyman tasks-OiiKii empowers users to find verified professionals quickly, safely, and reliably.

The Challenge

Many customers struggled to hire trusted service providers using traditional channels like phone calls, emails, and word-of-mouth. These methods were slow, error-prone, and lacked accountability. On the provider side, workers and agents had no central system to manage assignments, payments, and job flow efficiently. Scaling operations across different user types (agents, workers, customers) was difficult without a unified, digital platform.
